Video Archives
Watch videos of members of our community speak the Athabascan language and share oral histories.
This collection of videos of community history and of fluent speakers of Athabascan came to life with the awarding of funds from a grant from the U.S. Health and Human Services Department. This grant is administered by the American Native Administration offices within HHS.
New recordings have been acquired with the help of tribal members who realize the importance of preserving our native heritage. The recordings are spoken by our Tribal Elders in the way that the histories were passed down to them by their ancestors.
